Jev helps teams act on messages that would otherwise get lost in busy channels: support requests, billing questions, incidents or feedback.
Choose the channels to watch, describe what matters in plain English, and connect each classification outcome to a reaction, a thread reply or a channel post. You can also run an automation when someone adds a specific emoji.
The AI classifies the message; your team defines the actions and their text. Dry tests let you inspect the decision and preview actions without posting anything. Everything is configured inside Slack.
Jev is currently awaiting Slack Marketplace approval. You can sign up on the website to be notified when installation opens. Pricing is $5 per active human member/month, excluding VAT, with no workspace minimum. The trial includes a free week without a card, then another free week after adding a payment method. Model access is included.
