In my career spectrum,I've traversed through companies that offered zilch in terms of benefits, companies that offered mind-numbingly boring benefits, and then company like Microsoft that showered employees with amazing work-culture with benefits as its flag bearer. The impact was clearly evident of these benefits on employee well-being and lasting impressions was unmistakable.
However, implementing such benefits posed a challenge, especially in remote teams and small-sized workplaces. It seemed like an uphill battle to create a thriving work environment.
Then I met my co-founders Naren and Ganesha who believes in the fact that employees are happier because of the greater perceived value that comes with being able to choose what benefits they need. With the multi generational workforce of today, everyone has diverse needs and wants and Jellybean is the solution exactly for that.

Being in the HR Tech space both as a founder and as a business leader, I noticed a common theme when it comes to employee benefits : the lack of personalisation in employee benefits. In a world with multigenerational workforce it felt like the benefits offered were pulled out of a dusty old shelf, without considering what truly mattered to each individual. 😕
I knew there had to be a better way to empower companies and employees with tailored benefits that truly make a difference. So, I came together with Bhavesh & Ganesh who are good friends and could strongly relate to the problem and frustration of irrelevant employee benefits firsthand.
