I’m the maker of Jbit.
The idea came from a very simple problem I kept running into as a developer. I often needed to quickly move small pieces of data — things like code snippets, tokens, links, or small files — between my computer and phone.
Most solutions felt too heavy for that. They required accounts, apps, or created links that stayed online longer than necessary.
So I built Jbit:
A simple way to transfer text or files between devices using a short temporary code. No sign‑up required, and everything automatically expires after 10 minutes.
The goal was to make temporary sharing as fast and frictionless as possible.
