Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Jed, solo builder of Jacked. I tracked every rep and meal by hand for 1 year before building this. Every app I tried either required an account before I could do anything, needed internet at the gym (dead zones), or buried the one thing I needed behind subscriptions. So I build Jacked: Training: - Full split programming — build push/pull/legs, upper/lower, bro splits, whatever. Groups, exercise order, rep ranges, rest timers per exercise. - Active session logging with RPE, RIR, set types (warmup, dropset, failure), exercise notes, and inline exercise swapping mid-workout. - Rest timer with persistent notification + "rest done" alarm. Works even if you background the app. - Auto-fill your last logged weight/reps for each exercise so you don't have to remember. - Rep PR highlighting. The UI flags when you beat a previous best. - Historical workout logging, forgot to log yesterday? Do it now, on yesterday's date. Nutrition: - Manual food logging by meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). Quick-add for just macros. - Meal plan templates, assign meals to slots, set cooking instructions per meal type, "take" a plan to log macros for the day. - Barcode scanner, scan a product, pull nutrition data from OpenFoodFacts, import as food or ingredient. - Mifflin-St Jeor macro calculator derived from your profile. Progress: - Body measurements, weight, body fat %, chest, waist, hips, arms, thighs, calves. History with trends. - Side-by-side photo comparison. Analytics: - Training volume, sets, reps, streak over any date range (7d / 30d / 90d / 1yr / all time). - Per-exercise E1RM progression charts (Epley formula). - Exercise PR tracking. Heaviest set by weight and reps. - 72-hour muscle recovery model. See which muscles are recovered, which are fatigued. - Progressive overload suggestions. The app looks at your history and recommends your next target weight and reps. - Interactive muscle map. Full-body SVG with 36 muscles, front/back, highlight primary vs secondary. Heatmaps for session intensity and recovery. Data ownership: - Full database export to a .db file. Import it back on any device. No account required. - Automatic daily backups with 5-backup retention. - Share your splits and meal plans as text codes — copy, paste, reconstruct on another device. The other stuff: - Calendar view. Monthly grid with workout/measurement markers, day detail panel, historical logging from any date. - BMI calculator. - Prebuilt split templates seeded on first launch so you're not starting from scratch. Works fully offline. Install, open, start logging. Your data lives on your phone. This is v1. I'd love to hear what breaks, what's missing, and what you wish existed. Every piece of feedback goes straight into what I build next. https://play.google.com/store/ap... Thanks for checking it out 🫡
