The idea came from noticing a gap that costs companies time and money: recruitment teams can spend days manually reviewing and screening candidates for a single position.
I wanted to change that.
So I built J-6|AR — an AI recruitment agent designed to handle the work of an entire candidate screening team, from analyzing applications and scoring candidates to communicating next steps by email.
