Hey PH! I'm Alejandro and I built Itineramio because I was tired of answering the same questions with every booking.

I manage 12 apartments in Alicante, Spain. Every check-in meant 5-10 messages with the same info. So I built a digital guidebook where guests scan a QR and get everything — instructions with video, local tips, and an AI chatbot that answers in their language.
Since using it, my repetitive messages dropped dramatically and my reviews improved.
