I built Iteration because I kept walking out of interviews with a vague feeling — "that went okay, I think?" — and no actual way to figure out what to fix before the next round.
What it does: paste an interview transcript or detailed notes, and Iteration gives you back a structured private review — which answers actually landed, which ones fell flat and why, rewrites for the weak ones, a couple of targeted drills, and a prep checklist for the next round. It's built specifically for the post-interview loop, not as a generic "paste into ChatGPT" prompt.
Who it's for: anyone actively interviewing — engineers, PMs, designers, anyone doing multiple rounds across companies and wanting to actually improve between them instead of just hoping the next one goes better.
What it's not: it doesn't predict whether you'll get the offer, and it's not a mock-interview bot. It only works with evidence from a real conversation you already had.
