I originally built this as a custom plugin for a local community association that needed a simple event sign-up form — but every form plugin I tried either felt bloated, or pushed toward a paid SaaS with a monthly fee for something that should just live in your own WordPress database.
So I built EasyForms: a drag-and-drop form builder that stays 100% inside WordPress. No external service, no submission data leaving your server — you own your data.
Once it was solid for the association, I generalized it into a standalone product: multi-language support, conditional logic, multi-step forms, and file uploads for Pro, while keeping a genuinely useful free tier (up to 5 forms, all core field types).
Pricing is intentionally simple: €2.99/year or a one-time €12.99 lifetime license — no per-submission fees, no tiers based on form count.
