IronTrack is a simple equipment-hour tracking tool for contractors. Crews can log machine time from the field, assign hours to a job and task, and give managers a clearer view of equipment usage and job costs. Import existing logs from Excel, review usage reports, and export your data anytime. It is built for small construction teams that want to replace paper logs and messy spreadsheets without adopting a complicated fleet-management system.
I built IronTrack after seeing how easily construction equipment hours can be forgotten, written on paper, or scattered across different spreadsheets. When those hours are missing, it becomes difficult to understand how much equipment is actually costing on each job.
IronTrack gives crews a simple way to log equipment time from the field and assign it to the correct job and task. Managers can then review equipment usage, understand job costs more clearly, and import or export information through Excel.
My goal is not to build another complicated fleet-management platform. IronTrack is designed to be a simple and practical tool for small contractors that need better equipment records without adding more administrative work.

Who hunted IronTrack?
IronTrack was hunted by Pedro Dupouy. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
