Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Tom, a solo dev from Germany. About a year ago I cancelled my fourth fitness app subscription in a row and got really annoyed. I was paying $5/month to log dumbbells and rest timers — features that haven't fundamentally changed in 10 years. So I built what I actually wanted: 🏋️ A clean, fast workout tracker focused on strength training 💸 €2.99 once for Pro. No ads, no subscription, ever. 📱 Native iOS Live Activities — your rest timer lives in the Dynamic Island 🔒 Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no servers, no analytics on your training ☁️ Optional iCloud / Google Drive backup if you want it ❤️ Apple Health & Health Connect sync — your workouts and weight flow into the rest of your fitness ecosystem 🌍 Built in DE / EN / ES from day one The tradeoff: I'm not VC-funded. I can't outspend Strong or Hevy on marketing, and I don't try to. IronRep is what happens when one person obsessively polishes the screens they actually use, instead of stacking features for a slide deck. Things on the roadmap I'm excited about: Apple Watch app, smarter warm-up generator, and deeper Apple Health integration (HRV, sleep). I'll be here all day answering questions and taking feedback — especially the harsh kind. If you've ever cancelled a fitness app because the subscription felt absurd, I'd love to hear what would make IronRep your replacement. Cheers, Tom
