So I built iRetina — a native macOS app that lives in your menu bar and reminds you to take breaks using the 20-20-20 rule. It pauses automatically when you step away, detects video calls, and has beautiful fullscreen break overlays. Built entirely in SwiftUI, designed to feel like it belongs on your Mac.
