A bit more tech details about it: IONI is an AI bot that has an excellent HTML parser that turns your websites, Google Sheets or any other data into chunks. After that, we create a vector database based on these chunks and securely store them. And, of course, the most important part: OpenAI-powered chat that can call functions to search your vector database, request customer contact data (so your team can lead it further), and call customers to specific actions that you need.
