Professional invoices, estimates and receipts from your phone. Fully offline, no account, no subscription. One payment of $39.99 unlocks it forever, and your first three documents are free. Built for solo tradespeople billing from the truck between jobs: save clients and a price list once, turn an estimate into an invoice in one tap, then send a clean PDF over WhatsApp or email, or print it on the spot. No signal needed, and your invoices and clients never leave your device.
I build alone, and InvoiceWright started with a pattern in the reviews of the popular invoicing apps. The complaints all had the same shape: document caps hit mid-job, prices going up every year, and old invoices locked away after cancelling. People felt they were paying rent on their own records.
So I set the constraint first and built around it. One payment of $39.99, no subscription, no caps. No account, because there is no server. Everything lives on the phone, which also means it works in a basement or on a site with no signal.
It is deliberately narrow: invoices, estimates and receipts for one person billing between jobs. No expenses, no payroll, no accounting. If you need those, FreshBooks and Wave are genuinely better and I would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.
Happy to go into anything, including the parts that were harder than the features. I had to paginate the PDFs by hand because the phone's renderer ignores repeating table headers that Chrome handles fine, and the store paperwork from Pakistan took longer than the code did.
