Invoice Inbox Tamer
Turn invoices & receipts into a spreadsheet — automatically
A small tool that watches your Gmail or Outlook inbox for invoice and receipt attachments — PDFs, scanned receipts, phone photos via OCR — and appends them to a clean spreadsheet (vendor, date, total, tax) automatically. $39 one-time, no subscription, runs fully on your own computer: your data never leaves your machine. Launch code LAUNCH25 = 25% off for the first 20 buyers.
Maker here 👋 I built Invoice Inbox Tamer after one too many tax-season weekends retyping receipts. Connect Gmail/Outlook once; it extracts vendor/date/total/tax from PDFs and photo receipts (OCR) into invoices.xlsx. $39 one-time, runs 100% locally. Launch code LAUNCH25 takes 25% off for the first 20 buyers. Happy to answer anything.
