Inuksuk Remote Support
Pay-per-use remote support for Windows technicians
Inuksuk is pay-per-use remote support for IT technicians: $2.99 CAD gets an 8-hour session to control a client's Windows PC (lock screen & RDP included). Monthly and unlimited plans too.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Inuksuk because remote support tools felt wrong for small technicians: expensive yearly subscriptions for just a few fixes a month, and clients forced to install software or create accounts.
Inuksuk is pay-per-use. $2.99 CAD gets you an 8-hour session to take control of a client's Windows PC — mouse, keyboard, multi-monitor — even at the lock screen or over RDP. Monthly ($5.99) and unlimited ($10.99) plans are there when you grow. Your client pays nothing and creates no account: they run a small portable program with no admin rights.
Security is built in: encrypted certificate-pinned TLS relay, signed session tokens, logged sessions, optional 2FA. It's built and operated in Québec, Canada, in French and English.
