We are introducing the first version of InThread, with an emphasis on companies that rely greatly on WhatsApp for customer conversations and bookings. It is possible for businesses to set up automated WhatsApp workflows for examples such as booking a service, taking an order, confirming a payment, sending reminders and keeping in touch with customers. We'll begin by focusing on a small number of businesses and then improve the product according to actual usage and feedback.
We started building InThread after seeing how much business still happens manually on WhatsApp.
A customer asks for availability, someone checks it, confirms the booking, sends a payment request, follows up later — and the same process happens again and again.
We wanted to make those conversations actually do the work.
That's where InThread came from.
We're starting with bookings, orders and customer follow-ups, and we're learning from the businesses using it every day.
This is our first public launch, so we'd genuinely love to hear what you think — especially if your business runs heavily on WhatsApp.

Who hunted InThread.io?
InThread.io was hunted by Rohan Solanke. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
