I’ve spent years interviewing hundreds of candidates as a Head of Engineering, and the biggest bottleneck was always the first round. Too many resumes. Too much noise. Too much manual screening.
That’s why I built InterviewFlowAI.
The goal was simple:

Building this required multiple iterations, first just interviews, then resume scoring, and now the full hiring funnel. Each step came from watching how real teams use the product and fixing real friction.
