InterviewFlowAI automates the entire first-round hiring workflow, resume scoring, candidate applications, and AI-powered phone/Google Meet interviews. Employers can make a job public, share a link for candidates to apply, view resume scores instantly, and send interview links automatically with one click. Each interview includes a score summary, transcript, and recording, all at just $0.50 per interview. Fast, accurate screening with minimal effort.
I’ve spent years interviewing hundreds of candidates as a Head of Engineering, and the biggest bottleneck was always the first round. Too many resumes. Too much noise. Too much manual screening.
That’s why I built InterviewFlowAI.
The goal was simple:
Make the early part of hiring fast, fair, and consistent.
What InterviewFlowAI does today:
• Candidates apply via a public link
• Resumes get scored automatically
• You accept or reject with one click
• AI conducts the full interview (phone or Google Meet)
• You get a detailed scorecard, transcript, and recording
All of this runs end-to-end without scheduling or follow-ups.
Building this required multiple iterations, first just interviews, then resume scoring, and now the full hiring funnel. Each step came from watching how real teams use the product and fixing real friction.
Would love your feedback, ideas, or questions. Happy to share the roadmap too.
Thanks for checking out InterviewFlowAI!
Wow, InterviewFlowAI sounds like a game-changer! 😄 Automating resume scoring, applications, and AI-powered interviews makes the hiring process so much faster and easier. Love that each interview comes with a transcript, recording, and score summary all for just $0.50. Super practical!
Congrats on the launch! Automating the first round like this is such a time-saver. How you handle different interview styles across roles?
This feels especially useful for early-stage interviews. Curious - do you have a sense of which types of roles your current version performs best with?
Really happy to see InterviewFlowAI live here. Working on it made me realise how much hassle companies deal with in the first round of hiring, and it’s been pretty cool to build something that actually cuts that mess down. The best part for me was seeing everything finally click together, resumes getting scored instantly, interviews running on their own, and all the details showing up without anyone chasing schedules.
Do you have any success with onboarded candidates using this tool? Were the companies satisfied with the pick?
