As a hiring manager, this indeed is helpful when you're evaluating across multiple candidates who had different round 1 and 2 interviewers. It would have been great if this existed when I went through 40 candidates for a role a little over a year ago.

This sounds like a ground breaking for our team. As interview and lots of quite insights have come into hand for fast pace environment. I am interested to see how the solution would help us prioritize candidate to interview and also narrowing the gap of bias among different interviewers.

This is so important for anyone that is recruiting. The tension between structured and unstructured interviews is real. How to keep an interview on track while giving the participant room to express themselves is critical. Interview Hero solves that problem by making the interview process seamless and easy. This solves such a paint point for me! We’ve been hiring heavily for the past year and I take tons of free form notes for each candidate in Notion, but there’s a huge gap between taking the notes and sharing with the hiring team / referencing the notes later on.
I've conducted 500 interviews in my career. I resorted to some simple mental shortcuts to make my writing more concise, and to save my time. As a result, I tend to lose much of the details, and the nuances that actually is important in evaluating candidate. With the Interview Hero, I finally get both the efficiency and the richness of the interview details. Another more hidden benefit is that this now allow me to build much better, contextually rich long term feedback loop for me to improve my own judgement of people. 12 stars!
