I adore the work your team is doing in this space, @sareakyuz. Even getting to interview feels impossible most of the time - so having the opportunity to get your voice heard is a positive step.
However I still think the real gold in recruitment is integrating AI throughout business operations so the operator knows the skills needed for long-term success. And then to know whether they can upskill existing colleagues, or to hire new ones.
I long for a day when exec gets a daily report showing gaps and opportunities new skills could address. Then upskilling or recruitment kicks in. AI writes the job descriptions, and the right people slot in where they're needed.

Very cool - I think this saves recruiters a lot of time coming up with interview questions, bulk invite and set up in-person or video interviews. Do you have plans to automate other parts of the jobs of a recruiter, like outreach?
