Most productivity tools ask you to visit and maintain another dashboard. Intent Tab meets you on the page you already open all day. Keep one useful intent at the center, break outcomes into milestones with scoped tasks, connect focused sessions to evidence, and close completed work with a clear next action.
Hi Product Hunt - I built Intent Tab because I kept noticing the same pattern: I would open a new tab to do something useful and lose the intention somewhere between the blank page and the next distraction.
I did not want another productivity destination to maintain. I wanted the page I already opened all day to help me pause, choose a direction, and begin.
Intent Tab started as a calm daily-intent screen. It has grown into a lightweight execution system:
1. Intent gives direction. Keep one useful principle visible. 2. Focus protects attention. Give the next session a concrete outcome. 3. Reflection creates evidence. Record what changed and where to begin next.
That became Goal Loops: an optional Outcome → Direction → Session → Evidence workflow. It is deliberately human-controlled. AI can draft a plan for Pro users, but it cannot activate a goal, schedule a session, or change the plan on its own.
The core experience works locally and Free has no trial timer. Manual Goal Loops, Focus Sessions, evidence, recovery, themes, tools, streaks, and stats are available without an account. Paid plans add range and control rather than removing the basic loop.
I would especially value feedback on two questions: - Does the Goal Loop feel useful without becoming another system to maintain? - Which part of your current New Tab would you be most reluctant to replace?
Thanks for taking a look. I will be here throughout launch day to answer questions and learn from your feedback.

Intent Tab was hunted by Purvh A. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
