Erkin, congratulations on the launch! 🚀 Good idea, understand its importance on management level. However one little question in terms of moral & emotional aspect - how do employees react on the fact that all their actions will be measured and scored? Have you ever encountered the rejection of the system by the employees themselves and the perception of it as an attempt of total control of any work activities?
