Alex and your AI staff draft and design your social posts, follow up enquiries, send invoices and spot what's overdue. Nothing goes out without your yes. Every plan includes every tool. Full refund in your first 14 days. This team will fix your wordpress website, design your adds, post to your blog and run your business.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm Paul, one of the founders.
We run five small businesses between us, and the admin was eating us alive: posts nobody had time to write, enquiries that went cold, invoices sent late. So we built ourselves an AI back office, and IntelligentWolf is it.
You talk to Alex like a colleague: "post about our autumn sale", "chase the people who enquired last week", "send the invoice". Alex and the AI staff on your floor do the work, and nothing goes out until you say yes.
A few things we're proud of:
- Every client or business gets its own building on your street, so you can see who needs you at a glance
- Posts are researched against what's trending in your niche, not made up
- A website chat for your own site that answers visitors, captures leads and books calls into your calendar
It's a paid product, with a full refund in your first 14 days if it isn't for you. I'm here all day to answer anything, and would love your honest feedback.

Who hunted IntelligentWolf?
IntelligentWolf was hunted by Paul Clevett. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
