Most businesses juggle a different tool for every channel — one for phone support, another for WhatsApp, another for the website chatbot. IntellAgents replaces all of it with one AI agent that answers inbound calls, makes outbound calls, and handles WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and your website — live 24/7, in up to 36 languages, from a single knowledge base you set up once.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
We built IntellAgents because every small business we talked to had the same problem: customers reach out on five different channels — a phone call, a WhatsApp message, an Instagram DM, a website chat — and each one needed a separate tool, a separate setup, and someone watching all of them.
So we built one AI agent that covers all of it. Set up your knowledge base once, and it answers calls, replies on WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook/Telegram, and handles your website chat — live 24/7, in up to 36 languages, consistently, without you hiring a night shift.
What we're most proud of: it's genuinely one agent, one brain, one knowledge base — not five bolted-together integrations pretending to be unified.
We'd love your feedback, especially on which channel you'd want to see next. Happy to answer anything in the comments!
we're on the phone-only side of this problem at Dial and even single-channel handoff is the hard part, so I'm curious about cross-channel memory specifically: if someone messages on WhatsApp, doesn't get what they need, then calls the same number, does the voice agent pick up that WhatsApp thread's context or does the phone call start cold? that continuity is the actual promise of "one agent" over just having five bots share a knowledge base
The "one brain, one knowledge base" claim is the interesting bet here, and also the part I would poke at. I work on voice AI, and the lesson that cost me the most time is that a knowledge base tuned for chat reads terribly out loud. A three bullet answer that scans fine in WhatsApp becomes forty seconds of monologue on a call, and people hang up. Did you end up keeping one source of truth with a voice specific rendering layer on top, or do makers have to write separate short answers for the phone channel? Curious also how the agent decides to stop talking and hand off to a person on voice, since that threshold usually has to be much lower than it is in chat.
