Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Daniel Olawoyin, the maker of Intavue. The problem: interview prep is mostly reading. You memorize a list of "top 50 questions," maybe watch a few YouTube breakdowns, and walk in still unprepared for the part that actually decides the outcome, saying your answer out loud, under pressure, and having no idea whether it landed. Mock interviews with a friend are the real fix, but they're awkward to schedule, they can't grade your code, and nobody's honest with you. I wanted that experience on demand. So I built a coach you can actually talk to. You tell Intavue the role, seniority level, target company, and what you want to focus on. Then it runs a real interview: Voice mock interviews, a real-time AI interviewer that listens, reacts, and asks natural follow-ups. It replies instantly (no laggy "recording… processing…" turns), so it feels like a conversation, not a form. Live coding rounds: mid-interview it can drop you into a coding problem in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++, run your code, and grade it against real hidden test cases — the same pressure as a technical screen. Scored feedback: every session ends with a report scoring each answer, with specific strengths and what to fix, plus model answers. AI voice coach: instead of just flagging your weak spots, a second voice tutor actually teaches the concepts you fumbled, with diagrams and code, until they click. The rest of the job hunt — resume analyzer + builder, cover-letter writer, company-intel research, and a story bank for your STAR answers, so everything lives in one place. How it evolved: it started as a single voice mock-interview loop — that was the whole app. But every tester hit the same wall: they'd bomb a question, and then… nothing. Knowing you're weak on system design doesn't fix it. So the coaching loop became the heart of the product, mock interview surfaces the gap, the coach closes it, and you go back in stronger. The coding rounds, resume tools, and company research grew out of people wanting the entire prep flow in one app instead of five tabs. It's live on Windows, macOS, and the web today.
