We built Insyghtful.ai after noticing a major gap in modern sales workflows: most revenue teams only discover deal problems after calls are already over.
Sales leaders spend hours reviewing recordings, dashboards, and summaries trying to understand why deals stalled, why forecasts slipped, or why reps missed critical moments during conversations. By then, the opportunity is usually already lost.
We wanted to move revenue teams from post-call analysis to live revenue execution.
Insyghtful.ai operates directly inside live sales conversations to help teams identify deal risk while meetings are still happening, weak champions, missing economic buyers, disengagement, MEDDPICC gaps, false urgency, and execution breakdowns.
One of the biggest lessons while building this product was realizing that conversation data alone isn’t enough. Context, timing, execution quality, and buyer dynamics matter just as much as transcripts or summaries.
As a Ukrainian-American startup team, we’ve also learned how important speed, adaptability, and focus are when building products in fast-moving markets.
