We built InspectModular after noticing the same thing everywhere: teams had solid controls on which AI tools employees could use, but zero visibility into what those tools were actually doing once deployed on their servers.
The first time we plugged it into our own test environment, we found credentials going out in prompts, agents connecting to providers we hadn't approved, and costs completely unattributed across the team in the first 10 minutes.
