We built Inox because we kept seeing the same thing across the UK block management industry: skilled, experienced people spending most of their day doing work that software should be doing for them. For anyone unfamiliar, block management is the business of running residential apartment buildings — collecting service charges, processing invoices, coordinating contractors, communicating with leaseholders, and keeping the finances of dozens or hundreds of blocks accurate. It's complex, heavily regulated work. And astonishingly, most of the sector still runs on spreadsheets, shared email inboxes, and desktop software that predates the smartphone. We saw a clear gap between what was possible and what was available. AI invoice processing, open banking, real-time reconciliation, mobile-first workflows — none of this was science fiction. It just hadn't been built specifically and properly for block management. So we did that. Inox brings property managers, accountants, leaseholders, and contractors onto one platform. AI reads and categorises bulk invoice uploads in minutes. Open banking keeps service charge accounts reconciled in real time. Property managers approve invoices with one tap from their phone. Leaseholders get a portal that actually works. The feedback that's meant the most so far is property managers telling us they're leaving the office on time for the first time in years. We'd love your thoughts, questions, and feedback — especially from anyone who's built for traditional, underserved industries. Thanks for checking us out
