InImageCompressor
Compress images privately, instantly, right in your browser
Hey Product Hunt!
I built InImageCompressor because compressing images shouldn’t require uploading your files to another server or dealing with complicated software.
InImageCompressor is a free, browser-based image compressor that processes your images locally on your device.
You can compress images directly in your browser without sending the original files to a server.
I built it with a focus on:
• Fast, client-side processing
• Privacy — your images stay on your device
• Support for modern image formats
• Simple controls without unnecessary complexity
• No account required
This started as a small project, but I wanted to turn it into a genuinely useful everyday tool for developers, designers, creators, and anyone who regularly needs to reduce image file sizes.
I'd love to hear your feedback:
What image-compression feature would you want me to add next?
Try it out and let me know what you think!
