Hey Product Hunt! Nick here, co-founder of Ingest(ingestdata.ai) with Ryan. We both spent years in data. Ryan built data platforms, I was a data analyst. The pattern was always the same: every "can we get data from this source?" turns into a pipeline someone has to build, monitor, fix, and maintain for as long as the business depends on it. AI has made it faster than ever to build products and workflows, but the data layer underneath has not kept up. As companies add more AI, they add more consumers of the same underlying data, and the pipeline work compounds. Ingest makes that layer autonomous. Our agents build and maintain the pipelines, including the niche APIs that big connector catalogs skip. We would love your feedback, especially the APIs and ERPs you have had to build custom pipelines for.

Who hunted Ingest?

Ingest was hunted by Nicholas Payiatis. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
