Maker here. I built InboxDoc after seeing how much time small businesses lose every month manually copying invoice data from emails into spreadsheets.
It connects to your inbox (Outlook and IMAP fully supported right now, Gmail in limited beta while we finish Google's security verification - a longer process than I expected!), automatically detects invoice attachments, and uses AI to extract vendor, amount, tax, and dates. It also flags duplicates and zero-value invoices before they slip through, and exports everything to Excel.
Free trial is live right now - paid plans are finishing payment processor onboarding and should be live within days.
