I built in-media to turn a blog link, pasted text, or a file into a short video. It splits the text into up to 5 sections, finds a real openly licensed clip or picture for each one, and adds a voice-over in the language you choose (English and Hindi today). Only public domain and CC-BY style licences are used - anything non-commercial or no-derivatives stays out - and the credit line travels with every item, so credits are added to the video automatically. You can add your own voice, pictures, music and clips with a rights declaration. No account, no sign-in, free. Happy to answer anything.
