Do you claim IP rights to chat data we upload to your services? Will you use it to train your models?
Saw this in your terms of service:

Getting insight from unstructured data is challenging. This product helps business owners to find insight from valuable data they have. Great product.
This is a very interesting product! I'm a mixpanel user myself and could see this working well with traditional analytics tools to provide some broader analytics for the chatbot I'm building now.

I don't think I've ever seen conversational data analytics like this. Do you have some analytics alternatives?
One thing I've been curious about: Can impaction.ai help identify bottlenecks in chatbot interactions, and perhaps suggest areas where human intervention might be beneficial?
Having used several analytics tools in the past, the natural language search here is unparalleled. But I'd love to hear from the team - are there any plans to introduce predictive analytics to preemptively address chatbot shortcomings?
