I build SaaS products out of Barcelona, and ImpactFlow came out of the same problem hitting me from two directions: stores that pay for Klaviyo and use maybe a third of it, and agencies rewriting the same welcome sequence for the twentieth time.
So it starts read-only. You connect Klaviyo, it reads your four lifecycle flows, and tells you in about a minute which ones are missing, which are underperforming against sector benchmarks, and roughly what that costs you monthly. Nothing is written to your account for that part.
If you want the sequences, it writes them from your brand brief and your actual Shopify catalogue — real product names, real prices, and only products that have a photo and are in stock. They land in Klaviyo, Brevo or Mailchimp as drafts. You read them and flip them live yourself. It never sends.
Two things I'd rather say upfront than have you find out: the monthly optimisation loop only runs after you import your metrics, so it's not autonomous. And it's built around Shopify plus Klaviyo, Brevo or Mailchimp. Other stacks work via CSV export, but the good version is those.
