Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built **imgrove** because every small image task seemed to require a different website, a file upload, or a new account. That felt especially wrong for personal photos, screenshots, and documents.
imgrove is one browser-based toolbox with **76 free image tools across 8 workflows**. The important part: processing happens locally on your device, so your images never need to be uploaded to imgrove.
You can use it to:
- convert HEIC, AVIF, WebP, JPG, PNG, SVG, ICO, PDF, and Base64;
- compress to an exact KB target or resize for forms, websites, and social platforms;
- create pixel art, ASCII, sketches, grids, memes, avatars, and simple 3D outputs;
- inspect colors, OCR text, EXIF metadata, dimensions, palettes, and image differences.
Everything is free. There is no signup, backend upload, queue, or watermark.
I’d genuinely love feedback on two things:
1. Which image task is still missing?
2. Which existing workflow feels harder than it should?
Thanks for taking a look — I’ll be here all day answering questions and improving the rough edges.

Who hunted imgrove?
imgrove was hunted by Evan Reed. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
