ImageSage is an AI photo manager for Windows that turns the folders you already use into a searchable library. Describe what a photo shows, search the words inside it, or narrow results by filename, path, date, and format. From the results, review AI-suggested filenames and move, copy, rename, or delete selected files. Processing stays on-device; no account or photo upload is required.
Hey Product Hunt — I’m Leo, the maker of ImageSage.
ImageSage is a Windows photo manager built around a simple problem: once a photo library grows, filenames and folders are often no longer enough to find the image you remember.
With ImageSage, you can:
🔎 Describe what a photo shows
📝 Search for words visible inside images
📁 Narrow results by filename, folder, date, or format
✨ Review locally generated filename suggestions
🗂️ Move, copy, rename, or delete selected files
The complete workflow runs on your device. ImageSage requires no account and does not upload your photos or searches to an cloud service.
I’d particularly value feedback on two things: what kinds of photos are hardest for you to find, and whether the path from finding an image to organizing the actual file feels natural.
I’ll be here to answer questions. Thanks for taking a look!
Small thing I didn't mention above: the search box works out whether you described a scene, quoted words printed inside an image, or half-remembered a filename. Adding three tabs would have been easier to build and worse to use. For example, for text matching search, add double quote around the search text.
If you try it, I'd love to know what you searched for that it didn't find. Those are the useful reports.
