I'm excited to introduce Image Downloader Pro, a Chrome extension I built as a solo developer.
I often needed to save multiple images from websites for design inspiration, research, and development, but existing tools were either slow, cluttered, or missing important features.
So I built Image Downloader Pro.

Love how the preview-before-download flow works—being able to filter by size and dimension before grabbing anything saves a ton of cleanup time later.

Been needing something like this for a while. One thing that would make it way more useful for me would be letting me set a minimum resolution filter, so I can skip thumbnails and icons without having to preview each one first.

Been using it for a week and it handles bulk grabs really well. One thing I'd love is a regex filter field for filenames so I can auto-select only images matching something like product-.*-web\.jpg instead of eyeballing the preview grid.
This looks really handy for grabbing reference images quickly. One thing that would make it even better for me is the option to rename files in bulk before downloading, since the original names are often a mess of random characters and it saves a ton of cleanup time afterwards.
Finally tried this after getting tired of right-clicking forever. The bulk download with the size filter saved me a solid hour grabbing product shots today.
The inline preview before downloading is a really thoughtful touch, saves so much guessing about which image is which. Love that it stays lightweight too.
