IKKIO, an AI assistant for smart glasses
Smart glasses AI assistant for blind and visually impaired
IKKIO is an AI Assistant for smart glasses for blind and visually impaired. We are compatible with Meta Ray-Bans, Brilliant Labs and other brands or AI glasses.
Hi, I’m Iara, co-founder of IKKIO, an AI assistant for smart glasses, with a initial focus on blind and visually impaired people. Our missions it to make the world more accessible through a smart glasses-agnostic and voice-first AI application.
Think contextual descriptions, reading text, answering questions about surroundings, and helping users go about their day, all through wearable technology.
We’ve been working with the blind community from day one, running early tests, learning and shaping the product around needs and preferences and not assumptions.
We’re currently running a closed beta, and we’re opening access selectively. If you’d like to test our mobile app paired with Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out.
This launch is an important milestone for us as we open our journey to the broader tech community.
We’d truly appreciate your support, feedback, and questions. Especially from builders in AI, accessibility, and wearables.
Thank you for being part of this moment with us.
