I built this in under 8 hours as an experiment with the expression-editor model on Replicate.
You upload a photo, and iisee.me uses the expression-editor model to create a whole grid of faces that watch you.
Every tiny mouse movement makes your cloned faces follow along, like a crowd of slightly judgmental, mildly curious versions of yourself.
It’s weird. It’s fun. It’s a little uncanny. And it’s kind of the perfect example of how fast and creative the new AI tools have become.

Cool. We have the exact same idea on our website’s homepage, but with all our team members. They also track mouse movement and change their expressions. There’s a link in my profile if you’re interested)
Making products for fun
It's touching; perhaps many of us should have some of that original intention.
Super fun idea! Love how interactive it feels with the mouse tracking. Curious — did you use any particular AI model or API for the face grid generation?
Haha, omfg I love this so much. I kinda want to embed or put this on my webpage. Great job, Charlie!
Congrats on the launch!
What was the biggest technical challenge you faced while building the expression tracking system in just 8 hours?
I can't say if it's cool or not because it's not generating.
Does it take so long to generate?
How long does the generation take? Because it is almost more than 30 minutes and... nothing :D
