Ignite turns self-improvement into a game. Habits become Daily Rituals, a big goal becomes an Epic Quest of small steps, and every step earns XP, ranks and Sparks. Public, with people who cheer you on, or completely private.

Top comment

For years I wanted to put my two backgrounds — psychology and programming — into a single project. I spent a long time watching how the people around me actually behave when they try to change something about themselves. Ignite is what came out of it. It is in open beta right now, and your feedback matters more to me than anything else. Try it, tell me what broke, what felt awkward, and what is missing.

Comment highlights

The whole "Epic Quest" framing actually makes my boring to-do list feel kind of fun, and watching those Sparks rack up is weirdly satisfying. Curious if the private mode keeps the gamification just as motivating without the social cheerleading.
