I am the co-founder of if.team along with Oleh Frolov and Anton Makohonov.
We are an IT-outsource team of a company from Ukraine 🇺🇦 which deals with the entire spectrum of web development and has up to 55 employees. At the moment, we have about 15 active projects, around 200 clients from all over the world and 7 years of experience in the IT industry. We, as business owners, have faced a big problem - we cannot control project costs in real time depending on iterations and employee rates, and as a result - we lose a lot of money, since part of the projects are non-profitable ⛔️
🛠Therefore, we decided to create a service for our company that would solve all these problems. During the development process, we talked a lot with the owners of small and medium-sized companies, which had from 5 to 100 employees, and we came to the opinion that our service can be useful not only to us. Budget overspending is a common problem for many companies.
📍In March 2022, we started the development of if.team - lean service for project management that helps companies avoid overruns.
Today, we are finally excited to share our product, which we have built in such a short time with our talented team, with Product Hunt.

The agencies I know are going to love this! It's always been a pain for them to include multiple freelancers and their rates in a project, and link that information with the time tracking element, and even worse, track their budget burn-down schedule (I didn't even know that was a term before today).
I explored the demo version of this software and was impressed by its unique functionality and simplicity. I like the way it consolidates all the project management information you need into one tool. There is all the necessary functionality here (maybe I forgot something, I listed only the main ones): a task tracker (including a Kanban board) with the ability to track time, payment accounting, rates, a team with role distribution (I especially liked the structure view), a customer database, reports, and a dashboard with the necessary project information, including a section with an analysis of financial costs (in my opinion, this is top-notch). I'm sure this tool will be in great demand as more people learn about it.
