Hey Product Hunt. I have bought a few used cars over the years and every single time the seller had a totally reasonable explanation for why they were selling. Every single time I found out the real reason later, usually at a repair shop.
The thing is, almost nobody brings a mechanic with them when they go look at a car. And even if you know cars, the seller has been living with that vehicle for years. They know exactly what it does and does not do. You get a 20 minute test drive and their word for it.
