$0.008 to $0.22 per image is quite a range. What puts an edit at the top end, the 8K size or how big the mask is?
No downscaling and no seams is the real promise here, the usual failure mode with masked edits is a visible boundary where the patch meets the original pixels. For product photography specifically, recoloring something on a reflective or glossy surface means the edit also has to fake a consistent reflection/highlight, not just the base color. Curious if that's handled by the context window pulling in the reflection area automatically, or if you still have to mask that separately.
The small-text and logo part is what I would test first — those are usually the first things that go soft when an edit regenerates more of the image than it needs to. Setting the context window automatically around the mask makes sense for that. If I mask just a tiny logo on an 8K product shot, how much surrounding context does it pull in by default, and can I widen it manually when the lighting needs more to match?
Editing one region at 8K and getting everything outside it back untouched is the detail that matters, because a soft logo or a shifted background is what gives an edited image away immediately.
