I built IconSplit because I kept running into the same small but annoying workflow: AI image tools and design boards often give me one big icon sheet, but I actually need separate transparent PNG files.
IconSplit lets you upload one image, auto-detect the icons, review the results, and export selected icons as PNG files or one ZIP. I also added manual selection for crowded sheets, missed detections, or cases where you need a precise crop.
I would love feedback on three things:
1. Detection quality
2. Edge cleanup / transparent PNG output
3. Whether the review and export flow feels obvious
