Built iButler because hotels needed a way to handle guest requests that actually works. Phone calls, emails, scattered systems. It's chaos. Guests want to order something, get a response, move on. Staff wants to stop answering phones and actually deliver service.
We built a QR-based ordering system that goes straight to your dashboard. Guests scan, order room service or anything else, it appears in real-time on your staff's dashboard. No app. No friction. Your hotel gets analytics on what guests request, what sells, patterns. You can brand it with your own colors and messaging.
Started basic. Realized we needed LLM workflows for natural language understanding because guests write in different languages and ask for weird things. Built that. Tested at one hotel. Response time dropped 80%. Their reservations went up 50% because guests mentioned faster service in reviews.
Rolled to six hotels now. Generating €9.5K/month in direct orders at €82/month per hotel.
What we learned: guests don't want technology. They want simplicity. One QR code. One click. Done. Staff wants their dashboard organized instead of their phone ringing. Hotels want to understand their guests better and capture that direct relationship.
