iampro.io is an AI-powered job search for everyone. Paste any job and it scores how well you actually match — gaps included. Search fresh listings worldwide with estimated salary & take-home pay, and use the employer map to find the hidden job market: who's really hiring near you.
Most job boards show you ads. But a lot of hiring never becomes an ad: the company down the street needs someone next week and takes whoever shows up first. So iampro does two things:
1. It reads your real experience and matches you to live offers, and tells you plainly when an offer is not for you.
2. It shows a map of employers that are actually hiring near you, so you can go knock on doors instead of waiting.
I tested it on myself in Geneva, on foot, with temp agencies. The first agency called me back while I was still at the third door, and I was on a construction site the same day.
It didn't last. They needed a plasterer, and I had sold myself as "interior finishing", which is broader. Wrong expectation, short job.
That failure changed the product. A single generic profile was the problem, so in iampro you build one profile per target: one trade, one channel, one area. The plasterer version of you and the finishing version of you are two different pages.
It's free and works for any trade (not only tech), across the US and Europe. The only paid feature is the in-app job analysis, and you can get the same thing free by connecting your own AI assistant to iampro.
What would make this a daily tool for your job search? I'll be here all day.
