Built this because I kept uploading contracts and tax docs to iLovePDF and Smallpdf and thought — why is my sensitive data going to a random server?
The interesting part is the architecture: the entire processing stack (Tesseract.js for OCR, pdf-lib for PDF ops, pdfjs-dist from Mozilla) runs via WebAssembly in your browser. Wasm modules literally cannot initiate network requests — so there's no server endpoint for your file data to reach.
