Hi Product Hunt! I'm Jakub, a solo developer from the Czech Republic.
I built I Choose You because most couples I know aren't in crisis. They're fine. But "fine" slowly turns into talking only about logistics. My wife and I use the app ourselves, and the thing it fixed for us is small: every day there's a reason to learn something new about each other.
How it works:
3 questions a day, each weekday with a theme. Answer with text, a photo, a drawing or a GIF. Your partner's answer stays locked until you've answered too.
Photos and a shared drawing land on your partner's home-screen widget.
A little dragon you keep alive by sending each other compliments (yes, it's silly on purpose).
It's free to start, and one Premium subscription covers both of you. It's iPhone only for now; Android has a waitlist.
I'd love honest feedback, especially on what would make you open it on day 30, not just day 1.
