I adore this platform - from someone who’s used many life management platforms and tried different ways of trying to organise myself, this by far beats them all. It’s been a real game changer for both my personal life and professional.
I use it for my wedding planning, renovation projects, home organisation, a personal CRM, our marketing team, my small Christmas business… it’s incredible!! - and I love that each base looks and can be very different to each other, creating it to exactly how I want it! 😍

Much much cleaner interface & quite clearly a great way to work - It's always tough coming into a company & they already have the standard programs running...
This is something I'd actually be willing to pitch to the team & I don't doubt that people would be keen to switch.

Anyone else into sewing?
If you are, then you probably know what it’s like to have tons of fabric, tons of patterns, and tons of plans. This applies to a lot of other hobbies 😂. So much to do, so little time.
There's something incredibly satisfying about using a product you made and getting value out of it! I find Hylark super helpful to keep track of sewing patterns. I can create custom pattern records where I highlight fabric requirements, notions, sizing, seam allowance, alterations, and more. I can tag things by the season, the type of item, type of fabric, and more.
This means that when the seasons shift, I can quickly filter by “Winter” or “Spring” to see items I might want to sew next! Or if I need something, I can filter by “Jacket” or “Sweater”.
I take pictures of my fabrics, put them on Hylark, then match them to potential patterns. This means I have a visual to help plan my next make. I can also get a pinboard with images of what other people did to inspire me.

What a great app to manage to manage my music record label! I can schedule my album releases seamlessly, get reminded about upcoming record session. I can even collaborate with all musicians, producers and artistes. And yes, I can share promotion documents and assign to PR team. Wow!!! Beautiful UI and unique AI support. Thank you Hylark!
An exceptionally efficient and customisable tool that has greatly boosted my productivity and organisation.
As a "covert" entrepreneur with several freelance businesses, all the Hylark functionalities combined give me confidence that nothing falls through the cracks and everything I have going on works smoothly. I use it to: organize clients, keep track of payments & invoices, appointments, taxes & other obligations I have to pay monthly/yearly/on specific dates.
As a life coach, the Links and Pinboard features are ideal to share my insights and knowledge on social media or directly with my clients, via the integrated Email.
For my translating business, I've created several glossaries for specific topics and language combinations that I constantly update using Notes; also, I'm able to pace my work, and track deadlines for different projects using the Timekeeper.
I've made custom records for my tutoring students, with their level for different skills (reading, writing, etc.) and I update their progress using Pipelines, to keep parents informed; this also guides me in the process of placing students together in compatible groups and making adjustments at any moment.
