As a noted curmudgeon, I appreciate it when I find objective evidence that I'm right and everyone else is wrong. I like to stress the importance - alright, pound away at it to the point of sounding like a broken but sincere record - to my employees of the need for injecting their creativity into our products. My company writes plans and conducts exercises for emergency management agencies across the nation. We do not get to do that work unless we write winning proposals, so yeah, it's a little bit important to stand out in a sea of AI-authored sales pitches. We are looking at Hupmapper as a means of showing our folks the difference between bland, gray AI slop and a distinct voice and perspective that our clients will - we hope - want to have on their side. So for us, it could be both a value enhancer and a quality improver.
